Return/Exchange Policy

*Please note: Custom designs are left to our artistic discretion. When ordering a custom design, our illustration is based on our personal interpretation of the picture you submitted. Therefore, we do not accept refund or exchange requests on the basis of dissatisfaction with an illustration. Please refer to our website and our social media to appraise our work before ordering with us. In addition, please refer to our “Customs Guidelines” page for guidelines on picture submissions.

 

Product Error - Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.

If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered, this would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.

 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

 

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

 

Buyer’s Remorse - We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

 

Exchange - We do not offer exchanges. You would need to place a new order at your expense for a product in another size.
