Customs Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in our custom designs! The process is very simple. All you have to do is:

1. Select the item of your choosing from our "IE Customs Collection."

2. Choose your size and color.

3. Upload the picture you would like illustrated.

4. (Optional) If you desire an outline on your illustration, select one of the colors from the dropdown bar. Ex:

5. (Optional) Add any additional notes in the space provided (e.g. "The lighting is throwing off my hair color a bit, but it's actually dark brown.")

The following are our guidelines for picture submissions:

Upload a clear picture so that we can best capture your essence (e.g. good lighting, no filter, subject(s) in focus, etc.).
Only respectable submissions are allowed. No inappropriate images [e.g. nudity, obscenity, vulgarity] will be considered.

*DISCLAIMER: Illustrations on dark materials that are not 100% cotton may have a slightly more grained/vintage look due to the thickness and darkness of the fabric.

**Please note: Custom illustrations are left to our artistic discretion. Our illustration is based on our personal interpretation of the picture you submitted, so things like skin tones and hair colors may not be exact (especially if lighting is off or the picture is blurry). However, we will try our absolute best to make the illustration as accurate as possible. Please refer to our website and social media to appraise our work before ordering with us.
